TransitCheck welcomes you to 2023 APTA Expo.
TransitCheck is a system that manages vehicle inspections (DVIRs), maintenance, drivers, vehicles and reporting. The system includes a web-based portal to control inspections and a Google app to collect data. Inspections of all kinds are turned into actionable data with comments, pictures, and even video, making it easier for maintenance to understand failures and for agencies or operators to manage their fleets via the system's reporting. Driver activity is tracked and can be audited to ensure compliance and for audit purposes. Inspections can be changed at any time at no cost. System options include “TransitForms” which can digitize forms such as incident reports, time off requests, or any other forms demanded by process. Optional “TransitLock” hardware locks a vehicle by preventing it from being put into gear unless a driver enters a code or touches an RFID card. It can lock a vehicle which fails inspection or is in need of repair from leaving the yard. Optional “TransitLinq” hardware is a J1939 scan tool for all types of vehicles which can automate data collection during inspections and monitor and/or alert on vehicle health while in operation.
