MESSAGE TO APTA'S TRANSFORM CONFERENCE & EXPO 2020 COMMUNITY

As everyone around the world adapts to the current environment, we hope that you are staying safe and well. As valued members of our community, we want to share our plans pertaining to APTA’s TRANSform Conference & EXPO 2020.

First, we want to emphasize that the health and safety of our attendees and exhibitors remain our priority. We are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 virus outbreak and implications in line with the city of Anaheim, state of California, and relevant U.S. federal authorities, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

While California government leaders have expressed concern for timing and viability of 2020 events, there has been no directive regarding a ban on large-scale events through the end of the year. We are also in direct contact with the Anaheim Convention Center, which closely follows city and county rules and guidelines.

Accordingly, we continue moving forward with the preparation for the in-person APTA’s TRANSform Conference & EXPO 2020 in October, while at the same time, working to be prepared for all scenarios.

We will provide you with regular updates, and as always, we are available to assist with your planning and questions.
