APTA has negotiated special rates at Orlando hotels for APTA's TRANSform Conference & EXPO attendees and exhibitors. Hotel rooms should be booked through the show's official housing vendor, Expovision.

NOTE: The discounted Hotel Room Block rates expire September 8, 2023. You may still book a hotel room through the housing block however, discounted rates are not guarenteed after September 8.

Daily Parking Rates for Exhibitors

The West Building parking lot can be accessed several ways - via Exhibit Way (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard.

The Orange County Convention Center is now cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• $20.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles.
• $40.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles.
