Please note that the ONLY way to get a hotel room in the APTA block is through APTA Housing provided by Expovision! It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contact APTA exhibitors directly and identifying themselves as being affiliated with APTA. APTA has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. Please note that Freeman is the ONLY official general services contractor. Exhibitors are allowed to appoint their own contractors but must fill out the proper paperwork and notify APTA to do so. The Exhibitor Service Manual which contains a full list of services and recommended vendors as well as EAC forms will be available in June. If you are contacted by directly by a vendor other than Freeman, please notify APTA immediately.
