IMS Engineered Products specializes in precision metal fabrication, electromechanical assembly, machining, box builds and custom wire and cable harnesses. IMS serves the transportation, appliance, medical, telecommunication, security, finance and other markets.
Core fabrication capabilities include, punching, laser cutting, forming, welding, stainless steel polishing, powder and wet coat painting and complete electromechanical assembly. Our facility is 290,000 square feet and located in Des Plaines, IL. In the same facility we offer full machining services. Capabilities include horizontal, vertical and Swiss machining.
Custom wire harnesses and box builds are manufactured in our 40,000 square foot facility in Hartland, WI and our 15,000 square feet in Monterrey, MX. Products manufactured include wire harnesses, power whips, industrial cables, data communication cables and box builds.
IMS Engineered Products is ISO9001 certified and utilizes the latest design and engineering software. We have several inventory management programs we participate in including kanban, JIT and consignment. IMS services over 800 customers every year.
