By registering to attend the APTA TRANSform Conference & EXPO, you agree to abide by APTA's Code of Conduct for APTA Conference Attendees. Please also review the official Rules & Regulations to familiarize yourself with everything before arriving on-site.

APTA EXPO is the premier event for the public transportation industry. Organized by the American Public Transportation Association, APTA EXPO is a global event designed to advance the public transportation industry and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and information. Through unparalleled networking, a showcase of the latest innovations, technologies, and best practices, APTA EXPO is the place to immerse yourself into the industry while experiencing the latest in transit trends and initiatives, including but not limited to sustainability, enhanced mobility, autonomous vehicles, zero-emission/electric vehicles & infrastructure, passenger experience, technology, cleanliness, and safety and security.
APTA EXPO will take place October 5-7 at the McCormick Place & Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. APTA’s TRANSform Conference will coincide with EXPO.
APTA EXPO is attended by a diverse range of professionals from the public transportation industry, including transit agency leaders, government officials, suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, and more.
APTA EXPO is host to hundreds of exhibitors from around the world who provide solutions for forward-focused public transportation systems. They showcase their latest products, services, components, accessories and more to support bus, light- and heavy-rail, and autonomous mobility systems. There are also free educational sessions within the Learning Zones on the show floor, organized networking opportunities, interactive installations, and more.
