Showcase your company’s latest technologies to attendees through a 30-minute presentation in the Solution and Innovation Learning Zones. This opportunity allows APTA EXPO exhibitors to demonstrate how their solutions address the evolving needs of the transit industry.

Located on the show floor, the Solutions and Innovation Learning Zones feature two dedicated booths designed to showcase cutting-edge technology, innovations, and product and service solutions within public transportation.
 

Solution Zone

A dynamic presentation space on the EXPO floor where exhibitors deliver practical, solution-focused presentations. This zone highlights real-world applications, proven strategies, and tools that address today’s transit challenges and help agencies deliver better service.

Innovation Zone

A dynamic presentation space on the EXPO floor for exhibitors to showcase forward-looking ideas, emerging technologies, and creative concepts. The Innovation Zone spotlights cutting-edge thinking and breakthrough approaches that are shaping the future of public transportation.

Proposals must be submitted no later than April 10, 2026. 

 

Proposal Requirements

To be considered, all proposals must meet the following criteria:

  • Complete the online submission form. Presentations must highlight a new innovation or solution your company offers to the industry.
  • Clearly describe your solution’s impact. Include a detailed explanation of how your technology uniquely addresses current challenges and needs within the transit industry.
  • Use engaging visual content. An LCD projector, microphone, and screen will be provided. Any additional A/V equipment is the responsibility of the presenter.
  • Provide a knowledgeable speaker. Speakers must be well-versed in the subject matter and capable of delivering an informative, engaging presentation.


Selection Process

Due to a limited number of available time slots, not all submissions may be accepted. While every effort will be made to accommodate relevant proposals, selection is competitive. Applicants will be notified of their proposal status by early May.


Participation Fee

Organizations selected to present and who accept the invitation will be invoiced a $1,950 fee to secure their place in the program. Additional details will be provided upon acceptance.
