Ownership is 100% by the parent company VBG Group AB, a long-term owner that provides active management through considerable industrial expertise, a strong corporate culture and financial resilience. BCC together with sister company Mobile Climate Control make up one of VBG Group's three divisions. The division employs over 900 people.
