Signal-Tech manufactures LED blank-out signs and signals for light rail, traffic intersections, and grade crossings. Our signals use narrow-angle LEDs and are ready for integration with traffic and crossing controllers. The internal circuitry is conformal coated, and the contrasting black sign face contrasts with the LEDs and enhances readability. These LED blank-out signals feature dynamic messages designed to illuminate when activated and blank out when deactivated. Sign messages can flash and feature fail-safe, redundant power supplies, and automatic photo-dimming.
Our signals are constructed using a corrosion-resistant, extruded aluminum cabinet with welded seams and have a NEMA-4X/IP66 rating. The cabinet features a continuous hinged door; tool-less, stainless-steel locking clamps; and a replaceable 1/4" thick polycarbonate face; optional visor available. The standard cabinet finish is black; custom colors are available. UL/cUL Listed. 12-24VDC, 120V & 277V.
