OG is glass processing facilities in Turkey which started its activities in 1977 and served primarily the automotive sector, commercial vehicles and other industrial sectors with 300 staff in 27.000 m2 closed area. OG supply products directly and indirectly to the production lines of many big OEM and Frame Companies.
OG products are as following.
- Driver‘s side fixed / movable glass / double glass with and w/o heating element
- Bus door glass / Rear glass with and w/o heating element etc
Our Capability is that
- From 3 mm to 19 mm tempered flat and bending glass production
- Multi bending processing from max 2200 mm to 1600mm dimension
- 0,4 mm width silver heating wire
- Flat/bending IG unit with 4mm to 12mm spacer and 3,15 mm to 6 mm glass
- Production in least quantities 25 pieces and short delivery time from 3 weeks to 6 weeks
