Since 1993 Herzog Transit Services, Inc.(HTSI) has provided industry-leading Operation and Maintenance services throughout North America. HTSI started Operation and Maintenance Services coincident with the award of the Tri-Rail Commuter service in Florida. Since the start of that contract HTSI has provided O&M services for 19 clients, of which 14 are still in effect. Furthermore, of these contracts 7 were "New Start" systems in which HTSI gained recognition for its professionalism and on-time starts.
