Coosa Composites manufactures a high-density polyurethane foam board, reinforced with fiberglass which weighs 40 to 60% lighter than plywood. The fiberglass allows our panel to be used in structural applications which sets us apart from other foam boards. Seams can be caulked, bonded together with adhesive or putty can be used. Coosa panels are a direct replacement for any wood fiber board. The panel does not absorb water or rot which resists mold, mildew, fungus, and insect infestation. Additional uses for our panel include: insulated floors and doors, can be laminated or painted and has twice the R value of plywood.
