Our capabilities are 27 thermoforming machines ranging in parts up to 96" x 130", 4 trimming robot, (3) 5 axis and (1) 3 axis CNC's. We have experience thermoforming all types of plastics including, but not limited to, TPO, ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Polypropylene and Polyethylene. Duo-Form also has an In-House Design and Engineering team, on site tool shop, assembly department, distortion art experience and 3 HP large flatbed printer.
