TransitCheck welcomes you to 2020 APTA Expo.
TransitCheck is a system that manages vehicle inspections (DVIRs), maintenance, drivers, vehicles and reporting. The system includes a web-based portal to control inspections and a Google app to collect data. Paper inspections are turned into actionable data with comments, pictures, and even video, making it easier for maintenance to understand failures and easier for operators to manage their fleets via the systems reporting. All driver activity is tracked and can be audited to ensure compliance and for audit purposes. Inspections can be changed by the customer at any time at no cost. System options include “TransitForms” which can digitize forms such as COVID health checks or incident reports, time off requests, or any other forms demanded by process. Optional “TransitLock” hardware locks a vehicle by preventing it from being put into gear unless a driver enters a code or touches an RFID card. It can lock a vehicle which fails inspection or is in need of repair from leaving the yard. Optional “TransitLinq” hardware is a J1939 scan tool which can automate data collection during inspections such as odometer, and monitor vehicle health while in operation.
