• Select Advantage Takes Hiring and Promotions to a New Level (Aug 03, 2017)

  Vancouver, WA  --  Select Advantage, an innovative human resources consulting firm, recently released a Transit Supervisor assessment to round out the existing suite of assessments created specifically for the transit industry: Bus/Coach Operator, Paratransit Operator, and Transit Customer Service Representative.  Geoff Rodgers, president of Select Advantage, feels that this newest assessment is especially valuable given the research showing that supervisors have a huge impact on productivity, job satisfaction, and retention.  "People don't leave jobs.  They leave supervisors," Rodgers stated.
