Onsite Press Room Opportunities
APTA will be staffing an onsite media room at the EXPO in San Diego. This space will be utilized by registered media and is the perfect place to bring your press packets and materials prior to the show.  Plan to bring your information to the press room on Sunday, October 5, in advance of the show (Level 2: Room 2).

Reserve a Space for Your Press Conference
Planning a news briefing at EXPO?  Get off the noisy show floor and into a conference room.  As a service to exhibitors, we are offering a limited number of time slots at EXPO on Monday, October 6 through Wednesday, October 8 that you may use for a 45-minute media event. 

We will provide basic room setup with a podium, microphone and row seating.  Please contact Lauren Wilson at (202) 289-2001 by October 1, 2008 if you would like to reserve a conference room for your media event.  Space is limited and requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so act now!

It Only Takes Five Minutes!

After July 11, 2008, the show guide will be closed for print. Changes made after July 11 will appear on the website only.

As an EXPO 2008 Exhibitor, your company profile is the one thing that differentiates your company from other exhibitors before the show…and when attendees are deciding which booths to visit.

Attendees and sales prospects searching the online exhibitor listings or participating in the free EXPO Matchmaking Service can only learn about your company from the details you provide. This information will also be included in the Exhibitor Directory distributed onsite to all show attendees. Taking time to fully complete or update your listing is well worth the effort!

EXPO Matchmaking Service All Exhibitors are automatically registered for this free service. EXPO Matchmaking Service is an extension of your exhibitor listing and will work to generate sales leads for your company before the show floor even opens. It matches Buyers to Sellers, so the more information you provide, the easier buyers can identify you as a company they want to see at EXPO 2008!

Be sure your Exhibitor Profile includes…

  • Specific contact information with email for the person in your organization designated to follow up on APTA EXPO generated sales leads.
  • Confirm your Exhibitor Categories are accurate, and you are listed in all categories relevant to your company.
  • Be sure to update the specific kinds of products & services you will be exhibiting within each Exhibitor Category.
  • Please be sure to check box in the 'Ready for Print' tab once listing is finalized.
