New gas detector reacts instantly to toxic explosive CNG, diesel, methane.

Meaning constant protection in bus/fleet garages, repair sites, fueling stations

New detector keeps a beady eye out for hazardous gases – ignores false signals from exhaust, oil mists, dust, aerosols, temperature/humidity extremes – instead concentrates on CNG, diesel, methane.

Detector’s dedicated transmitter shows actual CNG, diesel, methane levels on digital readout panels; alarm lights glow green/amber/red if levels increase.  Unit can also turn on sirens, alert nearest fire department, security office.

Complete gas detection system plugs into any convenient 110-volt AC outlet, goes right to work without fussy calibration, lengthy run-in.

More information about these gas detectors:  Sensor Electronics, 12730 Creek View Avenue, Savage, Minnesota 55378, www.sensorelectronic.com or sales@sensorelectronic.com.

  •           Sensor Electronics’ rugged methane detector has been ETL-certified as compliant with UL2075 specifications.

This new detector can “see” even microscopic leaks in methane supply fuel tanks in ships, methane carriers and bunker barges.

The detector can sense methane concentrations small as 1000 ppm (part per million).  Field-adjustable alarm points lets the detector ignore sudden short spikes in methane levels.

In an emergency the detector can turn on alarm lights and sirens, and optionally open doors and turn on supply/exhaust fans.

The detector works with a companion transmitter that shows actual methane levels on a digital readout panel; color-coded LED’s glow green/amber/red if methane concentrations increase.  The two can work as a free-standing unit plugged into any convenient 110-volt outlet, or tie into an existing ship alarm system.
